This petition is in support of the congress taking oversight control of the funding of the NAFTA Superhighway and the SPP (North American Union).

House concurrent resolution (HCR) 487 expresses the sense of Congress that the United States should not engage in the construction of a North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA ) Superhighway System or enter into a North American Union with Mexico and Canada.
