It was with great joy that I learned that you will be bringing the magic and wonder of RENT to live television. This means that you have a big decision to make about who your cast will be. RENT is a very special show, and it is essential that you find the perfect people to play these beloved and iconic roles - not just a random collection of celebrities and big names to draw attention. Luckily for you, the absolutely perfect cast already exists, and is already performing RENT live every night to happy audiences all over America. In these troubled times, they are a source of hope and optimism to many, and they would be the perfect people to bring RENT to live television. Their tour ends in June in Washington, DC (so they'll have some free time to perform live on TV for you) and I advise you to see them perform live if you need any further convincing. If you let them perform live on your network, I promise that it will be one of the greatest decisions your company ever makes, and great joy will be brought to many.

Please, FOX. You brought us Glee, and that had great moments too. You can do great things. Please make history with the greatest live musical television event in history. We believe in you.
