This petition is about to remove akai from the EFnet OPER-list.
Akai is well known for he's abusement of his powers as a operator, the most wellknown are the k-lines and the network sniffing.
He k-line people for no reason and when it suits him.
He sniffs the traffic that goes throught his irc-server, this is a fracture of privacy.
