The undersigned endorse the following statement:

We, the people of this state of Western Australia, hereby declare an open and resounding opinion in favour of recycled drinking water in this, the state of Western Australia. Furthermore we demand of the current and future governments of this state the immediate creation of initiatives centred around and focused on the creation and implementation of a state wide recycled drinking water system.
