This system must be fixed or other fantastic shows will suffer the trials and tribulations that our beloved "Jericho" already has endured. There is no way possible that a sample of a certain number of people could possibly accurately represent the majority of people watching television. NO WAY. Find another way to accumulate data - lots of people have cable boxes or satellite dish receivers, right? There are many features that these companies are able to provide through the receivers and boxes, so why not accumulate data through them as well? What better way to take an ACCURATE count of people watching than through the device that delivers the programming to people's homes? All I know is that many quality television shows are booted because of the archaic method in which you provide data to the network executives. FIX IT ~ and SAVE JERICHO...AGAIN! (Please) |
