If you call Jackson Energy you will not get a knowledgeable answer to why they have double or tripled. Some of these bills are for only a 14 day period. Think if you get a reading for a 30 day period? Your Electric bill will be over $ 500 for one month in a year of very mild weather.

We all deserve better answers then the ones we are getting from Jackson Energy.
There only responce to citizens are " PAY THE BILL OR GET IT SHUT OFF " They have refused to send anyone out to check the new meters. Saying nothing can be attributed to the meters. We have all heard this " LINE " before, concerning technology. Please join our Local Citizens Group
