| 803 | Andrew Duffill | I bought a new cylinder head at 100,000Km - no# 3 cylinder was tripped when they did as tune up ($1800.00) and we had to pay $500 to helicoil one cylinder at a dealer while on weekend trip because the sparkplug blew out. They also got me for towing.
Now we are scared to change the plugs because one or more may stripp the threads again. I want $2500 from Ford. |

| 806 | lorenzo roberts | my 2000 ford expedition with the triton v8 blew a spark plug out of the #4 cylinder. this is the cylinder whick is on the right side by the firewall. i had a heli coil put in but it fail. to have this problem fixed one way or another will cost me between 1500-$3000. |
