| 653 | mith | I have a very well taken care of 1999 F550 V10 6.8 liter truck and have had spark plug blow out 4 times.
A phone call to ford was worthless. On top of this Ford has recently raised the price on the Head replacement to $4200.00 in retalliation for grumbling ford owners. Ford is screwing the people who have kept them in business, very sad |

| 657 | Connie Poole | We have a 2002 Ford F250 and it has blown the same plug twice. We have already had it fixed once and it did it again today. Contacted Ford motor company and they tried to blame it on the mechanic that we had fix the vehicle the first time, or in the spark plugs themselves. They want to charge us $150 just to asses the vehicle and there is no guarantee that after they asses it that they will pay to have it fixed. |
