The Penn Bus of the University of Pennsylvania safely transports students to destinations close to their places of residence. East of the campus, towards Center City, the bus transports students only as far as 20th St. A large concentration of students lives east of 18th St., past Rittenhouse Square. For safety, weather, comfort, and convenience reasons, we are petitioning the school to extend the bus route east of 20th street, closer to the East Rittenhouse area.
