Scott Perricelli | Thank you for your efforts!!! The restrictions currently in place are in effect to protect the money made by the PLCB and wholesalers. They claim that without these restrictions minors will be able to easily purchase alcohol. What minor wants to purchase a $50+ bottle of wine!!!

Kim Honath | It is time for state to get out of the liquor business and show that Pennsylvania supports a free market.
Robert McCall | Although I am not a rabid free market fan, there is no justification for the state sponsored monopoly of the PA State Stores. It benefits only the owners of those stores, and penalizes all consumers with higher prices and poorer selection. This measure is a step in the right direction of restoring wine drinker's rights.

Nicholas Marritz | Though I'm always suspicious of privatization as an infallible cure-all...dismantle the PLCB! For the sake of the nation's wine culture, stop harassing wine buyers!
Brian Bozarth | I want to buy wine out of state... I think it's ridiculous you can do this in other states and not ours.

PAUL JUMBA | IT IS TIME FOR PA TO GET INTO THE 21 ST CENTURY. IT IS SHAME THAT STATES AROUND US DO NOT DO THIS (STOPPING A SHIPMENT FROM AN OUT OF STATE WINERY) .
debbie dambrogi |
Chuck Lewis | State Store use is outdated. I have lived in Michigan where beer, wine, and liquor can be bought everywhere. The PA LCB thinks doing this will encourage underage drinking. Well it does not. I have never seen a child trying to purchase, plus the MI LCB does random checks at stores and it is rare to see a store listed for selling to minors. Get with it PA.
Anonymous | Let's be able to ship!

Anonymous | Lets get out of the dark ages!
Beth Patterson | Just one more reason why Pennsylvania is sinking deeper and deeper into a hole they can't dig out of! If we don't start creating legislation to improve our state's well being, citizens will leave. Its all too apparent by our college graduate attrition rate.
Lenore Wetzel | It truly is a shame that we can't enjoy the "freedom" of having a bottle of wine ship directly to our homes without being policed by the PLCB.
Anonymous | This is embarassing to live in Pennsylvania and be forced to accept such a policy.
