11 Jonathan ZeminskiThe Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is acting as unruly gatekeeper and preventing consumers from accessing US made products. Free trade is on the founding principles of this country and should be honored by the state regardless of industry.

16 Leslie CeliaIt's about time PA joins the 21st century! More revenue for the state too. How could any reasonable representative of the constituency object? Let's make this happen!

18 AnonymousI saw your post on eRobertParker. Thanks for putting this together. I've been burned in the past over "confiscated" champagnes and would love to be able to send wines to PA without sweating over if they will arrive or not.

20 Richard SchmidtA worthwhile proposal, positive for PA consumers, all PA wineries and the Commonwealth. Strongly urge its consideration.

31 Joseph F. CeliaMost wines purchsed out of state, i.e., directly form a winery or shop are already taxed by the local authority. I support the direct shipping tax concept as our state of PA gets a low operational cost income stream and we, the citizens, are not taxed twice.

35 Ted ErferPlease get the state out of the wine and spirits business. Allow free enterprise to better serve the public. Bring PA into the 21st Century.
