We the undersigned petition the Prime Minister to: 'help free Patrick Malluzzo from prison in Rajasthan, India.'

Patrick was arrested on 30 January 2004 in Mumbai, he was taken by the Rajasthani Police and tortured for 2 weeks. He was accused of smuggling narcotics, after nearly 2 1/2years being remanded in a squalid provencial prison (the first and only western to be held there) he was convicted on 17 July 2006, of smuggling 19 Kgs of cannabis. Patrick was not found with drugs on or near him and had no knowledge of this alledged crime. Please help and support his family free him from this eroneous conviction. Thank you The Malluzzo Family
