Anonymous | She deserves to serve the time for the crime she committed. No one should be above the law, not even celebrity.
Lois Rogers | She is a perfect example of how wonderful our justice system can be.
Anonymous | Grow up, when your parents are gone who is going to wipe your ass then?
Anonymous | I strongly agree with your petition. Some famous people believe that they can be above the law, just because they got the money and the fame. And if she walks away from this, what kind of example the judicial court is displaying to the public. Let her learn her lesson, like everybody else... because she's still a human being like us.
Melisa | If I would have done the same crimes as Paris, I would be in jail for alot longer than 45 days. If these celebrities want to continue breaking the law because they have money and think they can get away with it, then let them spend some time in jail like the rest of us do.
Anonymous | She broke the law several times, now she has to pay for her actions. Dont drop the soap paris
Cassi | 45 days is a cakewalk!! send her to the slammer for a long time!! she deserves it!! just cuz she has money she shouldn't get off scott free!!
Andy Brandt | If I petitioned the govenor he would laugh in my face and I would do the time. She should have to pay for her mistakes like the rest of us. Do the crime, do the time.
Steve | You do the crime, you do the time. Learn a little bit about what it is like to be responsible for your actions, instead of lying, buying, influencing your way out of cleaning yur own mess.
Anonymous | If you break the law, you should serve your time, rich or not!!
Gail | No one would give me a free ride...I'm not willing to give her one. Do the crime - do the time!
Manuel Reyes | SHE ISN"T ABOVE THE FREAKING LAW!!!
Denene | Hopefully, she'll get slapped around a bit in prison and that will shape her ass up.
Elsa | Bye Bye Paris
Katie Hume | Hell yes!
Jennifer | Spoiled Rich Bitch really thinks she can get away. Send her ass to jail and don't let slammer hit you in the ass! If she doesn't do her time the law needs to changed for everyone then
Rachel Pedersen | Anyone else in this exact same position would have gone to jail a long time ago. Not to mention they would never be allowed to drive again!
Rachel Pedersen | Anyone else in this exact same position would have gone to jail a long time ago. Not to mention they would never be allowed to drive again!
Anonymous | Paris Hilton deserves to spend every second of the 45 days in jail. If the governor pardons her, he's a schmuck! She has been wrong, she has broken the law, and she deserves to serve her sentence. Anything less than 45 days is unacceptable to the people!!!
Nicole |
Anonymous | Maybe she could learn something. About the real life!
Anonymous |
Chad | make the worthless scum pay! No one should be above the law.
Merle Goertz | usual waste of meat
Anonymous | Sheshould most definitly serve her time. Hope it does her some good. Probably won't though, she is so self centered. Makes me sick!!
rob payne |
Philippa |
Anonymous | She has nothing else worthwhile to do with her life then poke fun at other people and party 24/7 (?). What a waste. This law exsists to protect the rest of us against getting hurt or killed by DUI drivers like her.... HELLO this isnt about you. There are people DYING for your right to exsist free and this is how you represent young people? I am moving to Canada
Jason Ng | Lock that bitch up forever, in fact give her the death sentence!!!
Linda | Not only should she go to jail, the Judge should slap her mother with a Contempt of Court charge and throw her in jail too. She is a pathetic excuse for a mother.
| 1281 | Anonymous | She broke the law twice cause she didnt realise... would have thought after her day in court she would realise but nope drive again...
Sort of person that does give blondes a bad name.... |
Joe Harley | what a great message her and her fans want to send. "drunk driving is bad. but i'm paris hilton."
Anonymous |
| 1284 | Conrad Hilton | Sorry baby, you wanna play you gots to pay!
We'll keep supper warm in the oven for you for when you get out. Of course, you are rarely at home anyway and Jeeves is tired of washing out your vomit from your party clothes anyway. He says have a nice time and don't bend over for the soap (unless it's impregnated with "Essence of Paris"). |
sarah sluder | Some people need a reality check. Rich and fame doesn't mean you are in a world free from consequence...she could have hit killed someone with all her drinking and driving!!!
Damien | How could someone be so stupid to break a 3 year driving ban for drink driving. My friends have died at the hands of drink drivers and I fully believe she deserves the punishment she receives.
Anonymous | She needs to go away she has had her 15 mins
Retta Gates |
B Johnson | Justice should be equal for all. Even Paris

Paris SUCKS | Send her away, rich or not, she needs to be punished like any other. The DUI was the warning, then she drove on a suspended license after? Yeah, obviously she didnt learn her lesson. Set an example that these spoiled celebrities dont all walk away from drunk driving/murder scott free. She COULD have killed someone!
Anonymous |
Anonymous | She could have killed anyones child
Anonymous | I'm in total agreement with your comments. What a terrible message we will be sending out to the younger generation that if you have enough money or resources you won't be held accountable for you actions.
Anonymous | Its her own fault for breaking the law countless times. Maybe she should buy some sense with her millions. What are laws for if certain kinds of people dont have to abide buy them. She should learn her lesson and try and make her life more worthwhile.
DENNIS WINDSHIELD | hey, I went to jail cuz I didn't have no lawyer. I didn't have nothing, and off I went. They denied me my right to an attorney as upheld in Argensinger v Hamlin and I had no one to to help me. Why is she different? Oh cuz she rich. All she got to do is through some coin on the balance of Ms Justice and the scale tips in her favor. Two tiers of justice. I say she should accept the decision of the court, do her time and then make her dime. She already went and spent all that time with those filthy common folks with Nicole Ritchie, She can do a little chill in the stir for 30 days or whatever she gets. Then she can go down to Santa Monica and relate to the people. I don't know where these power people get off expecting favorable treatment because they rich. She had the best representation money could buy. Now go to jail.
Lisa Brown | Send her to jail!!! She is not above the law!!
E Chapman | Break the law, face the consequences! She knew what she was doing.
