"OUR CHILDREN IN MS137 NEED THEIR CELLPHONES"

The petition

Good Day All,

- My child is a student at MS137 in Ozone Park NY(She loves her school)& would hate for her to feel any different.

- She walks to and home by herself everyday (She is very independent)& without her cellphone, I know she will feel differently.

- She desperately needs her cell-phone (To call me when she arrives to school and when she gets out of school to walk home)& this is something that we need to make sure she is safe.

- She is very unhappy with the memo that was sent out yesterday 04/17/07 prohibiting cellphones or any other electronic devices in a school building(very upset and scared)& my daughter has come along way and I will not let this happen.

- I am a nervous wreck (I can not work without knowing if she made it to school or not)& this is why I am writing this petition.
