The Old Two Harbors High School is a very viable space to be used by the Taxpayers of Lake County. The resources to utilize this space are available. Through Private, Government, and Grant funding. Home Seas LLC has chosen to take on the responsibility to see that this valuable resource to our community is not demolished by working to purchase the building from Lake Superior School District #381 School Board.
We are working to put the financial resources in place we are taking a huge risk therefore we are requiring that the School Board commit to sell the Building to Home Seas LLC when all of the Business plan and financial backing is in place.
By signing this Petition you are asking the School Board to sign the Purchase Agreement Dated 10-16-06 to sell the Building to Home Seas LLC, And requesting that the City Of Two Harbors Change the Zoning to the property which the Old High School sits on. Home Seas LLC dedicates its energies toward bringing commerce and tourism to the communities surrounding Two Harbors. In doing so, create jobs and generate business opportunities.
The main objective is to provide broader options for the community in not only space for expansion of local businesses and / or recreation facilities, but in opening the door for extended relationships with organizations located in the Twin Cities and locales outside the state of Minnesota. The space in the old Two Harbors High School could house extensions of for-profit and not-for-profit agencies.
Jay Cole born in Two Harbors Minnesota, World traveler Entrepreneur, Former WDIO TV Photojournalist for over 12 years,Underwater filmmaker cameraman, Freelance Cameraman Histroy Channel, Outdoor Life Network, and other national programming. Founder "Superior Educational Television" whose mission is to To enhance learning and improve communication skills in school aged children and young adults through the use of positive television programming and production.
