An application has been put forward for permission to open up a hot food takeaway in the old Oddfellows Arms premises. This would make it the 7th takeaway and the third Chinese takeaway in the small market town of Brampton. There is no on street parking outside of the premises and with two other takeaways very nearby there is almost certainly going to be congestion and with the proposed premises being opposite a junction, parked cars may cause obstructions which may result in accidents.
