327 Jean MeyerMy father worked many years in the USPS and became a postmaster before retiring. He was a member of both the 442nd and MIS. Was one of the rescuers of the Lost Battalion. He would have been deeply honored to have the US Postal Service recognize the extraordinary efforts of the Nisei soldiers.

336 Bernard GoldAs the petition says, though many of their families were incarcerated in internment camps, these soldiers fought with loyalty and distinction and deserve to be honored, certainly more than entertainers and many others who have have commerative stamps issued honoring them.
337 Theodore CritchfieldI remember and honor those who served and sacrificed in WWII, the Occupation of Japan, and the Korean War. What group could possibly be more deserving? Theodore M. Critchfield Major, US Army, Retired

341 Paul Y TaniThe National Japanese American Memorial in Northwest DC between Union Station and the Capitol commemorates the patriotism of both Japanese American civilians and Japanese American veterans during World War II. In particular, 33,000 Japanese Americans served in the U.S. Armed Forces during WW II, and the names of 810 of them who died in service are etched into the walls of the Memorial. I serve occasionally as a volunteer docent at the NJAMemorial. I am a veteran that trained for the 442nd but Germany surrendered while I was waiting to be shipped to Europe. I was in training to be a MIS linguist when Japan surrendered.
342 Betty Y. TairaI urge the US Postal System to issue a stamp honoring the contributions of the Japanese Americans who served in the U.S. Armed Forces during WWII.
