225 Guy ManningI fully support the issuance of this stamp. IT is my belief that the only reason there were not more medals, awards and act of heroism from the Japanese-Americans during WWII is because they were incarcerated by the government. It is well past time that this country honors the contributions of these good people and helps redress the wrong done to them on the West Coast during the war.
226 Dr. Milton F. BrownI am honored to sign this petititon. It is a small effort, on my part, in recognition of the Japanese men who demonstrated the highest integrity and courage during a very difficult time.

230 Vicki KodaWhat a wonderful gesture if our government would acknowledge the acts of my father and other Japanese Americans, who not only had their families interned and or lost family members in the camps such as my grandmother, but yet still served this great country of ours to prove their loyalty. I am very proud of my father for serving in the US Army during a time of bigotry and persecution on US soil. We celebrate Hispanics, African Americans, artists, scientists, cartoon characters on stamps...can't we honor the Asian American community that gave their lives, some permanently, for this country? In a time of global unrest, please consider this opportunity to help create ties in this great nation of ours. God bless and God speed. -- Vicki L. Koda

232 Elsie TaniguchiYes, I definitely support this Nisei Stamp to honor the nisei veterans who fought for our freedom, despite the fact that their parents and grandparents were incarcerated during the war.

246 Kale NakagawaThe most decorated unit in American history should at the least get a stamp made to reflect the great deal of respect the soldiers who fought for this country deserve.
247 Donald K. Takehara
248 Bonnie K. RucoboThe Japanese Americans who fought valiantly in World War II deserve to be commemorated in a postal stamp. Please consider preparing such a stamp forthwith.
