Neon Lights Good or Bad?

Do you live in Minnesota? Are you one of the thousands of people that believe the law banning neon lighting in vehicles is wrong? Look at South Dakota, or North Dakota they can drive with neon lights. This petition will be sent to the state of Minnesota. We hope to have enough signitures by June 2004. If you believe they should change the Law banning neon lights please sign this petition. This petition is for neon underbody lights, and interior lights. Tire flys and Cyber eyes.
