Barbara Milne | Human rights should be strongly advocated by the world and Helen Clark must show more fortitude when dealing with the Chines Commumists. over this. She appears to be luke warm and we have never heard what she had to say to them.

desiree schedler james | please do help to put a stop to the iunhumane way the monks are being treated, anything that Helen Clarke can do to alleviate this really intolerable behaviour from the chinese government towards their own people, is fantastic.

Anonymous | I wish the NZ government would openly declare opposition to Chinese government's abuse of human and animal rights.
Ashanti Hoddinott | can we show our support by a shaving head and candle vigil at the same time as presenting the petition. As New York.?
TORSTEN Hakansson | Please be honest, What does this partnership with China really reflect about our countries moral life vs our economic life??

marija helena | This is an important issue and now you have made a strong bond with China it is an excellent opportunity to communicate with the chinese about looking at their human rights issues. This will affect my vote these elections.

Judith Rothstein | I join in the global concern for the Human Rights of all Tibetans. I support negotiations between China and the Dalai Lama. I object to the signing of the NZ trade agreement with China before there is a resolution that assures the rights to autonomy for the Tibetan people.

Ana Dorrington | Take some time out Helen, I think the politics pressure is getting to you and you are loosing the perspective you had when I voted you in. The world has turned a 'blind eye' to the atrocities in Tibet for 50 years and you are publicly colluding with China. Why don't you take a trip to Tibet for a holiday and see for yourself what is happening there?
Rose Burrin | I am ashamed of being a New Zealander with this countries Government doing nothing about the genocide happening in Tibet

| 450 | Edwin WELCH | I have lived with Tibetans, Chinese and Mongols since 1987. None of them eat babies or faeces; they actually have a lot in common. Yin Yang; 5 elements & Golden Mean; But mostly they don't know each others languages or culture. The European Union is more tolerant of each others differences. China could look at the process between the Maori & Pakeha here!
I guess that makes me a Capitalist Running Dog :) |
