Bring the Olympics to New York in 2012!

Dear New York Tunisians,

As you know,hosting the Olympic Games in New York City would bring unprecedented development and opportunity to the City, and impact all New Yorkers.The benefits are in terms of parks, recreational and transportation facilities, tourism,infrastructure,and jobs.

We all have to mobilize and bring the games to our city.Since this event is a major showcase, it represents a unique opportunity to display to the world the intrinsic merits of the Big Apple.

"NYC2012" is the committee set up to run New York's bid for the 2012 Olympic Games,and will be working over the next 2 years to publicize the bid.

"The Nations of New York" program at NYC2012 is a grassroots outreach to the City's international communities.The organization is made up of over 360 nationality-based, non-profit groups including community-based organizations, chambers of commerce, and social organizations.

We are asking NEW YORK'S TUNISIANS to demonstrate their support for the bid by signing and circulating this Petition that Mr Jason Carr,manager of "The Nations of New York" program,will include in the plan to be presented to the International Olympic Committee in July,2005.

Please come out in large numbers and support this campaign.We need your support and so does New York City!
