WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER MANS CHILD SUPPORT

DUE TO MY INCARSERATION, I WAS UNABLE TO ATTEND THE COURT HEARING. BECAUSE OF THAT I WAS STUCK PAYING SUPPORT FOR SOMEONE ELSE'S CHILD. THROUGH DNA TESTING IT WAS PROVEN THAT THE CHILD WAS NOT MINE. WHEN I FINALLY WENT BACK TO COURT THE STAUTE OF LIMITATION WAS ALMOST UP, BUT DUE TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL PERSUADDING THE OTHER PARTY TO STATE SHE COULD NOT MAKE IT WITHOUT WHAT I WAS PAYING, AGAIN I WAS ORDERED TO PAY. I FEEL THESE ACTIONS ARE UNFAIR TO ALL MEN PAYING SUPPORT FOR ANOTHER MANS CHILD. I URGE ALL PAYING CHILD SUPPORT GET A DNA TEST. THIS IS LIKE GOING TO PRISION FOR A CRIME YOU DIDN'T COMMIT.
