AnonymousHow could you write them off, they didn't write you off.
Frank L. BordellIf it's TRUE justice, and any or all injuries, WERE or ARE related to negligence on the part of the facility operators, then by all means the people or their kin must be compensated. On the other hand, any or all FALSE (with no merit) claims should be dismissed.
John E. FullerI worked at Rocky Flats, the Ames Lab and LANL. I was exposed to Pu, Th, U, Chrome 6, mercury, and Be, over a period of 43 years. I believe a reasonable dose reconstruction is impossible for me. Fortunately, I have publications that prove my work with these substances. Others are not so lucky.

Charles SaundersYesterday was to late!
Alan WeinerThis situation is impossible and reminds me of the Exxon issue in Alaska, where millions have been spent in stalling just compensation for the victims and their families.
John GuadagnoliI worked at Rocky Flats and my father was a lab tech and worked for Eberline instrument in Santa Fe New Mex. and was exposed to Sr 90 on numerous occasions and died in 1990.

Charles (Cotton) SaundersI like the fact of having a memorial, which will be similar to the wall but be able to put all the names as the WALL but we will maybe have something to at least be a Memorial to out Comrades the have gone on before us, I would say it is only fitting
Charles (Cotton) SaundersN W Rocky Flats Golden, Colorado When you tell them where you got the Radiation they wont go looking for that Documentation therefor your claim will always come short. Now its time for them to prove you didn't received the Canceror illness at your place of work. It has now come to that time!

Mark D. StansberyCold War Workers Deserve a day of Remembrance. So We call on the USA Congress to do the right thing, enact a Cold War Memorial, NOW!!!!
SERGE SIMARDI am from Quebec and watching carefully what is happening in places where nuclear workers wait and wait to just be compensated for their illness. Nothing serious is done here in Quebec where we have a nuclear plant that is making as many victims as other places where nuclear exist. I am watching carefully what is happening in Picketon Ohio as I have found there a person that have same vues as meabout nuclear workers at are waiting for years and years to be compensated for their illness.
Kristy PattersonThank you for stating the facts of this complicated matter. I worked at the Pinellas Plant and was diagnosed in 1999 with metastatic thyroid cancer that has not responded to mutiple treatments and surgeries. My claim (originally filed under DOE) was denied despite the fact I was all over the plant in emergency situations from 1989 to 1996 and was never monitored for radiation and was exposed to numerous toxic chemicals. Now that the Pinellas Plant has filed a petition for SEC I hope we can help the process. I have provided an extraordinary amount of documentation for my file, but it is obviouosly ignored. The DOL continues to request more information every time I meet their demands. My 25 career in emergency management, along with a master's degree has been sacrificed due to my battle to survive cancer. I have had to file BK due to medical bills and am close to losing my home. As a single mother who dedicated her life to saving others, this is a sad ending for my children.
Michele KrizThe very poor teatment of these workers needs to be retified.

David JohnsonAll of us downwinders need help and it is the government that got us here. If a person can get $1,000,000 because he was to close to 911 we have been suffering true problems that need compensation.
