The petition

"We (the shareholders) need to let the company BOD know we stand with them and together to do the right thing and do away with the Poison Pill. There are much better ways to protect the company against a hostile takeover than the current poison pill. If it goes away the biggest part of this problem and the threat of dilution goes with it. Protect your share position and get involved. We sit in a company with a tremendous asset. We can't just sit back and allow our stake in that asset to be diluted. We need to support them in their efforts but also need to be heard."
