>>>Committee on the Rights of the Child (CRC) - A matter of conscience

FRANCE: About 500 unaccompanied minors and migrants on French territory. How many in the EU?

1 - Assess their numbers immediately.

2 - Get them off the streets immediately.

3 - Protection for these unaccompanied young people means access to shelter and accommodation, schooling for literacy, skills and general education.

Protection against all forms of violence, including the moral violence implied in radiographic age-determination, an outdated and unreliable method (with a margin of error of 5 years), based on work carried out in the 1930s on a Caucasian population.

In contravention of the guidelines of the Ethics Committee and of the decisions of France's Supreme Court, since the State has recourse to bone analysis not to protect children but to class them as adults and expel them from the country! And back to the street.

It also constitutes abuse of children whose physical maturation has been accelerated by prolonged long-term hardship.

Therefore:

4 - Prohibit the scandal of bone assessment and resulting official age determinations.

MAKE THE PROTECTION OF MINORS and YOUNG MIGRANTS A NATIONAL ISSUE AND A EUROPEAN UNION ISSUE
