Dear Councilwoman Joan Krajewski, Executive Director Fairmount Park Commission Mark A. Focht, and Rep. John Perzel,
We, the undersigned, want and need a fenced dog park in Northeast Philadelphia. It would be a safe place for our pups to socialize and for neighbors to gather. We would all participate in following the park rules and cleaning up after our pets. The area can be sectioned off for small and large breeds so that we can maintain a positive environment for all to play. Please help us to create a park for our beloved family dogs, away from the school fields, and the ever growing danger of the city streets.
