The ratifying organisations of this document should be aware that symbolicly this lack of acknowledgement and recognition sends a message to GLBTIQ HIV+ people that they are 2nd class, 2nd class citizens in Australia. |

So much for NAPWA understanding of gay postive people and there rights to be full spritiual beings.
