Musical Enrichment Petition

The student populations of Rush County’s school deserve to be able to enjoy and at least be able to relax to their music. The only way that this can be achieved easily, is to allow all students to option of listening to there "musical output device" these are defined as C.D players, MP3 players, and or any other device that omits music other than though radio signals. The teachers are to designate and or allot a time for teaching and a time for studies. During the teaching part of the class time, the teacher is to teach, while as during the study period, the student are to permitted to listen to their music and study. The teacher may ask the students to keep volume at a respectable level as long as the student can enjoy their music.
