Regulate the Noise of Motorcycle Engines

As residents of the downtown and surrounding areas in Vancouver we are constantly subject to the excessive noise generated from motorcycles and vehicles which have been modified with exhaust systems created purely for the purpose of making noise. We seek legislation which will restrict the noise levels and regulate permissable levels of noise from these bikes/vehicles. They are a nuisance and a public disturbance.

We seek to improve the condition and environment families living in and around the surrounding cities in Vancouver and British Columbia live in.
