I was in the medical field for 20 years And this is shameful how it can be dismissed as delusional or its all in my head. Candida, Staph, and now Demodex mites, both the Longus and Brevus, all have baffled my Doctors and Dermatologists. I have Morgellons, and have been described as delusional, before I heard about any of this. I didn't understand why the Dermatologist, reluctant to do biopsy or any other tests would sign my case off for mental defect. Now that I see the reluctance in the medical field to study this problem, and find a cure, I'm pretty angry. I don't want to be just another cashualty, or live my life with no hope of help. Immediate help is needed. |

| 2387 | James Paul Darby | I would like something to happen because I, although afraid to admit it for reasons obvious in our communities, have recently been affected by this "disease". It is my belief that this is an airbourne contracted bacteria. I also have pulled "scabs" off from my head that share the same characteristics. I just have been recently home-bound and over the passed few months of having done this I started recieving the symptoms wich are very real and also it has affected my mental stability. I don't know how much longer I will be able to hold out but I hope to find a cure because I have used recently, Silver Sulfazide ointment and have seen remarkable change in the "sores" that cover non-descript parts of my body. Furthermore, there should be an emergence of statistics as I am a very healthy individual and recently as result of injuries on my spine have been home-bound. I know that tis is not something normal because while I was active I never had any of these symptoms. I have proved to my loved ones that my ailments, although I did not know until recently about the mental instabilities, are completely normal and they have helped me. Sadly enough, not everyone hasd such caring loved ones as I do, who hel take care of me. There must be something done abuot this and should be definitely made more public as there are an indefinite amount of people who are home-bound such as the elderly who are contracting these bacteria through airbourne entities. Even though he sounded sane, and it was baffling, I am amazed to learn that this a syndrome that exists and that the public has not been made aware of this! Thanks to Trisha Springstead, RN, that I have even found any information online about this! Why is our country sacrificing its people? Why has the FDA approved viral phages? Why can we not trust our government to protect us? We work our lives away so we can be sacrificed??? It is not enough that we have faced the harsh economic realities of the recent past, but it is outrageous to learn that our government would jeopardize our food supply, or hide the fact that Morgellon's Syndrome exists, and WHO KNOWS WHAT ELSE.
