I found the behavior of the handful of US military personnel very wrong. Can it be classified, in any way, shape or form, with what happened to Nick Berg? The media did not slaughter Nick Berg but certainly contributed to the anti American sentiment which is dividing our country and furthering the cause of any group who hates the United States. This is not a political statement but one of fact. There are positive things happening in Iraq but the media does NOT report that. It chooses to focus and harp on any piece of negative information they get a hold of. It is time the media be held accountable. There are too many people who believe everything they read and hear from the media.
The media must be held to a fair and balanced standard of reporting. The only way to change their methods is for them to hear from the American people that we are not going to stand for biased and irresponsible reporting anymore. |
