"The Delaware Movement for Medical Rights” is committed to the enactment of compassionate use reform in Delaware. We hold that state government is more responsive than the federal government in meeting healthcare needs of its citizens. Our belief is that doctors and patients, not politicians, should decide upon medical treatment.
Those who sign this petition do so in an attempt to urge state legislators to reform laws that currently criminalize the sick and suffering for medicating themselves with marijuana.
