I used to buy Madden every year but stopped when EA kept porting the crappy PS2 version. Why waste my 8800GTXs in SLI for a PS2 game with a roster update? Perhaps if you had updated the game engine for the PC version you would have had more sales.
I will never buy Madden for any console. |

I haven't bought Madden for PC since 2005 but I think if you would work on it with a new graphics with the old style of play I think the pc nation will come and buy the product.

I have considered adding another platform to go along with my PC experience. I have played exclusively EA games but if EA ends Madden for PC as abruptly as rumored, in all likely-hood I would no longer play EA games on any platform and would highly recommend the same action to any other players, leagues, etc. that I am affiliated with. |

We are dedicated players and customers and taking us out of the mix will not get us to "upgrade" to the cheesy arcade style madden that is produced for Xbox 360 and PS3. Have fun trying to sell Madden on Nintendo DS to little school girls. |

For the past 5 years we have gotten a re-branded copy of the previous year's game. The PC community is very much alive and if there isn't a Madden 09 released on the PC platform, you certainly won't get any of my money this year, if ever again. |

I have bought at least 2 copies of this product/year from 2002 to 2008, often on import to get the game asap, and now we get this!
Simply outrageous!
It doesn't even leave the door open for another company to create a PC NFL game like Madden with the correct player data whose rights EA currently owns from the NFL.
First we had a Madden game that was only marginally changed 3 years straight, then we got sliders that didnt work, then rosters we couldnt create/use ourselves, then we get the game taken away.
Nice work EA.
I for one WILL NOT buy another EA game after being treated like this, no matter how much I want to.
The biggest sports franchise game of them all, simply taken away from a devoted fan base, who constantly came up with tools and utilities and enthususiasm that EA/Tiburon could barely muster themselves.
This is a sad day indeed. |

I say this if Electronics Arts goes thru with this then all PC owners should boycott and not buy anything for their PC's with Electronics Arts or EASPORTS name on it. |
