| 1101 | Ron Harford | its for the fans people, stop with the greed, how much money does one need to enjoy life |
| 1102 | Patricia Bozonier | I am an ardent, avid Yankee fan who had been living in California and now am living in Washington state. I never miss a Yankee broadcast - I'm one of those who "lives for this." I am very upset at the thought of not being able to get my Yankee games on MLB Extra Innings via Comcast InDemand. I was a subscriber to DirecTV for five years - when I was able to get satellite reception in California. However, now that I have moved to the Northwest and live where we are surrounded by tall trees, I can no longer get satellite reception. I have had DirecTV come out twice and the result has been the same - negative. So I had to turn to cable for the games. This was no problem last season when Comcast InDemand provided MLB Extra Innings. Now this year, if InDemand is prohibited from carrying the package, that leaves only the Internet. This is a POOR SUBSTITUTE for live cable feed! We often lose the connection and the picture quality is terrible. I refuse to sit cooped up at the computer for the season. Out of network fans should be able to enjoy the games in the comfort of their living rooms!! We have been tearing hairs trying to connect the computer feed to our TV for better viewing and it has been a major hassle and so far unsuccessful. THIS IS A TERRIBLE INCONVENIENCE for us, as lifelong baseball fans and supporters of major league baseball. You should not make it difficult for fans to enjoy the national pasttime! This exclusivity arrangement between DirecTV and MLB smacks of greed - and could result in a bleak future for major league baseball. Sports is like any other kind of entertainment - once provided, you should never take away and offer less. Instead, you should strive to offer MORE - in the way of quality programming and increased access - if you want your product to survive. If I cannot get my games on TV via cable, it will likely kill my interest and enthusiasm for the sport. Multiply that by millions of other video households - and eventually you will have no viewers. |

| 1110 | Jeff | MLB has blown it again. Their greed and arrogance will once again drive fans from their sport. They should be ashamed of themselves. MLB needs to remember that Greed is the one of the seven deadly sins. I guess I will have to watch diving, womens polo, and poker on tv this summer - THIS SUMMER WILL SUCK |
| 1111 | Chris Krager | I live 100 miles from St. Louis and 200 miles from Chicago but I get Chicago games? Nonsense. |
| 1112 | Anonymous | You are ruining my life -- I live for baseball & cannot have a dish in my apartment building.
WORST DECISION EVER |
| 1113 | Michael S Nicolaou | I started a web site www.boycottmlbaseball.com to voice my opinion on this matter of blackout restrictions. I'm still figuring out what to do with this site but I just got it up yesterday. |

| 1118 | andy m | This is nuts!! Get the basball back on cable |
| 1119 | John Wagner | This deal is total BS. I don't want the dish, but I do want MLB Extra Innings.
I've suscribed to MLB EI since I moved to the St. Louis area 4 years ago. I'd sooner quit being a fan of baseball than support another team.
Now thanks to interleague games the Mets and Cards only play 2 series so I'll have to rely on ESPN and TBS to get a handful of games for the next 7 years. |
| 1120 | Pablo Colon | |
| 1121 | GLENN SCHUELE | As a Tampa resident and transplanted New Yorker, I am furious with this decision. My team (the Mets) are finally making a run for the pennant and now I lose my MLB extra innings!!! Not only will I never watch another baseball game, but I will also cancel my Brighthouse account. It's all about $$$$$$. MLB lost a life long fan as well as my wife and 12yr old son.. |
| 1122 | maureen cahir | |
| 1123 | Robert A. Bozaich | for the past three years, I have enjoyed mlb extra innings on my comcast cable system...it angers and frustrates me to think I will no longer be able to receive the package without switching to direct tv...I consider this to be backward thinking, and bordering on consumer extortion by mlb and direct tv... |
| 1124 | James Greulich | Has MLB forgotten who pays their salary? |

| 1133 | Steve Shoop | I bought on cable... even if I get DirecTV, I will boycott on principle, something Mr. Seelig ought to chase instead of $$$ with every decision. |
| 1134 | john langrill | It's asinine! |
| 1135 | Anonymous | I watch the Mariners on MLB.TV because they charge so much with Direct tv. For me, all I want to watch is the M's not every other team in MLB but if I subscribe to Direct tv MLB channel I have to pay 199.95. Too much to pay for just wanting to watch 1 team. |
| 1136 | Jason Martin | How STUPID THIS IS!!!! I AM IN THE MARINE CORPS AND LOVE NOTHING MORE TO WATCH MY BRAVES PLAY, BUT WITH THIS CRAP, I WILL NOT BE ABLE DUE TO ME HAVING DISH NETWORK. |
| 1137 | Dean RAY JONES | Any baseball fan should be able to watch their team on cable, direct tv, dish channel, ect. anywhere. MLB never cares about it's fans even though they pay for everything. |
| 1138 | Anonymous | I am sick of paying for HBO AND OTHER CHANNEL WE SHOULD HAVE THE RIGHT TO PICK WHAT ME WANT Especial if we just want Local Channel it Should not Cost people Money for Local Channels for thos who Cant Get Local Channels, Nor in fact IT should be free for everyone There for I am canceling my DirectTV and Ordering NetFlix DVD's for 23.95 a month. |
| 1139 | Anonymous | SAMMY SOSA SUCK MY cock you cheating piece of shit |
| 1140 | Pam Read | My parents are in their late eighties and recently moved here, I told them that they would be able to watch the Phil; Phillies w/MLB. Don't go to Direct TV, think about the fans for a change, don't you make enough money??!!! |
| 1141 | antonio | so unfair, greedy bastards, i hope more and more people protest |
| 1142 | Katie | So basically if I have comcast, my only option will be to move to seattle? Not even fait. |
| 1143 | Thomas Spickard | I'm moving to Phoenix from Colorado, and will be unable to watch any Rockies games from now on. UNBELIEVABLE MLB! Fans are all you have. Try not to screw us. |

| 1147 | Jason Murray | --I have no desire to watch KC, TB, or other cellar dwellars
--I have no desire to watch the games that someone decides I should watch
--I want access to 100% of my team's games, and their games only
--I am not willing to pay for more
--I am not willing to switch to DirectTV to do this |
