ClinTox Counting Towards GPA Unfair!

The petition

We, the 5th Year PharmD students of MCP, feel that the Clinical Toxicology course is unfairly affecting our GPA when it is not a required course for any other year. There was no final scaling, relatively low grades for our class, and many people got D's. We petition that it is not counted towards our GPa and that the students that got D's are not held back accordingly.
We feel this petition is necessary because there is no appropriate channel through school (i.e. Course Survey) in which to voice our concerns and complaints.
