I asked of his producer to mention my business on the air, just a short plug. sure he said yes to my face but after the election when glenn and his croonies where back in the safety of their studio they dropped us like a pair of smelly socks. I dont care what they say about "the real america" because in all actuality they are about as far removed from it as anyone could be. even though i do not live in the south i do have relatives down thay way |

CHAPTER 41-EXTORTION AND THREATS
Sec.875 INTERSTATE COMMUNICATIONS
(c) Whoever transmits in interstate commerce any communication containing any threat to kidnap any person or any threat to injure the person of another, shall be fined not more than $1,000 or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.
What we have here is not only a possible crime under the FCC regulations but a felony under US Title 18. This law has been in the books for years and some one should serve Glenn Beck with an arrest warrant.
Children in school are now held accountable for the thoughts and words that they say and write, why not radio talk show hosts? In this case he may have violated US Criminal Code and Interstate Regulations. I say $1,000 is too little but 5 years is enough. I say the government should hold Glenn Beck accountable for his actions and threats.
