Make the Use of Lybrel Mandatory for Women

The petition

With the recent FDA approval of Lybrel, a contraceptive that essentially ends a woman's period, we implore the United States Congress to make the birth-control manadatory for all sexually active woman.

Doing so will greatly benefit both men and women and usher in an age of peace and equality between the genders.
