Susan ElliottI am against the proposed zoning for the low income housing project.
A.J. Collins
AnonymousI see no value in bringing this project to Liberty Hill.
Shannon Tuckeri vote NO to low income housing!!!!!
Wayne WeirichI feel that a development of this nature located across the street from any school is a huge mistake. Traffic will increase, this will be dangerous for the children and adults alike.
Anna RemmertLiberty Hill does not need this!!
Sid Lundy
Jon BraniganThis is being sold to the communtiy on false ideas. Lets help out the current members of our community that need our help instead of bringing in new people to draw against our resources.
Pat PluennekeIt appears that this project will have a negative impact on our community. I'm not in favor of it. I would rather see other type of efforts such as improvements to tthe downtown area.

AnonymousI ask that you reject the proposal regarding the zoning change for subsidized housing. As a life long resident of Liberty Hill, I ask that you protect our small town, let's continue to improve our great town with value and goodness. This means making important decisions on things we can control and perhaps prevent the things we can't.
Jason RackleyI Feel that this would be a very bad thing for Liberty Hill. We diffinently do not need the kind of people that come along with a prodject like this. The kind of people Liberty Hill needs is the kind that contribute to the community, not take from it.
Lyle WrightPlease do not allow subsidized housing in Liberty Hill.
Monty PriceI have lived in a neighborhood in Houston where "low rent housing" was put up at the entrance to my subdivision. Within two years we had a high rate of crime and within five years all property values in the subdivision fell dramatically. To put this development at the front of Pulsar subdivision is to kill that subdivision for middle class families. Instead of providing for low income Liberty Hill folks, you are killing one of the nicest developments and running middle class citizens out. Whoever dreamed up this development should be ashamed to say they are far Liberty Hill.

Kristi LowHow many City Council and Planning and Zoning members will benefit directly from this project? Anyone who will benefit from this project must recuse themselves from this vote. How many of these same people live anywhere near the proposed development? Are you willing to risk your property value for this project? That's what you are asking us to do. Why don't we find 14 acres near your home LH City Council and Planning and Zoning Committee and then let's see how you vote. Are there employment requirements for these residents? Are there any limits on the number of occupants per unit? How does the Texas Housing Foundation make up the difference on this low income housing? Who pays them the difference? I do not believe for a minute that this "for profit corporation" has anything but dollar signs in their eyes at the expense of Liberty Hill.

Stacey WarnerPlease don't allow this kind of housing in Liberty Hill. Our community is built on the foundation of the friendly, safe, country culture. Please don't give the problems of the inner city an opportunity to grow here.
David WarnerThis is not in the best interest of Liberty Hill to allow this kind of housing. Our community is safe and family friendly--we don't need the violence of the city here.

Kay SparkmanAlthough I am not a resident of the City of Liberty Hill, My family and I have lived here for 25 years and are frequently in town to use the park, tennis courts, football stadium, stores, and other facilities. There are already enough problems with crime, drugs, illegitimacy, etc., in Liberty Hill, without inviting in even more people who are inclined to engage in these behaviors. Houisng such as this will create even more work for our police department and other public services, and undermine th safety of students at the elementary school. I hope you will reconsider tihs ill-advised plan, which, to me, has no positive aspect to it.
Rod KeefeThe negatives far out way the positives for subsidized houseing to come to Liberty Hill.
Robert HightowerThe City of LH will not be able to handle the increase in crime and social issues that come along with this type of housing project. Please look at the big picture and long range impact of this plan.
Cindy KeefePlease protect our community from being labeled as a low income community. I vote "no" for the subsidized housing.

Hallie GainerAllowing this type of housing development in our community is not in the best interest Liberty Hill or its residents. It is definitely NOT the diection we as a growing community should be moving. We do not need anything that is going to destroy the integrity, safety, and morals of our community. We are already battling enough drug problems without the addition of low-income / subsidized housing.
Brian Johnston
Mike Gainer
Vincent SpoltoreThis will do no good for Liberty Hill. It will only benefit those selling the land and getting the federal subsidies
Wendy Alexander
David McCoyWe don't need a housing project to destroy our city. If you want that in your city you should move to a big city where it is favored.
