On Oct. 10 of 2004, Eleven Christians were illegally arrested for exersizing thier constitutional rights as free citizens of the United States of America.
Four of these individuals have been ordered to stand trail on a host of bogus charges, the result of hate crimes laws passed in PA that criminalize religious free speech.
The counts read to them by
the bail commissioner included:
ethnic intimidation(2nd-degree felony “hate crime”).
criminal conspiracy(1st-degree felony).
possession of instruments of crime(1st-degree misdemeanor).
reckless endangerment of another person(2nd-degree felony).
riot(3rd-degree felony).
failure to disperse(2nd-degree misdemeanor).
disorderly conduct(2nd-degree misdemeanor).
obstructing a highway(3rd-degree misdemeanor).
We demand that these charges be dropped immediatly, and that these people be released.
We demand that the arresting officers be charged with violating the civil rights of these eleven Christian soldiers, and that they be disiplined appropriatley.
We demand that the hate crimes law in Pennsylvania that gives special protection to homosexuals be overturned, as it is unconstitutional, and discriminates against the free speech and free expression of the majority.
