The petition
I need the publics view. When a Us citizen marries an immigrant, The United States of America should recognize that as it is, with furnished proof, such as bank accounts purchases and so forth. I believe that we as husband and wife should not have to pay extraordinary costs just to live as that, Husband and Wife. The INS should not be aloud to come into a loving home and break it up because they want to, or because a judge passed order on a two year old case.
I believe if you can furnish such proof to the government that is should not cost to file, nor should it cause hardship on a family, which it is doing, Children and loved ones are all over this world waiting to be reunited with their families and the cost is to high and the mental hardship this causes on both parties. Immigration filing fees should be reasonable and the INS should not be aloud to just come into a home where there is no threat to the family or the United states as a whole. if they can furnish proof that the immigrant is a terrorist then yes, but a human trying to just live the "American Dream" it's not justified! Morally or legally! We all have a right to live and breath the same air, where we want, how we want. It's known as HUMAN RIGHTS!
