I have all the records. they only believed the testimony of one officer who claimed he watched a store video.My son had emotional problems and he only walked into the store while the employee was robbing the store. My son was so drunk he did not remember anything.
The store manager watched five hours of video tape, she said my son did nothing wrong. My son commited suicide 6-29-2008 because he could not go to prison with his disabilities.
The police officer who testified, told lie after lie I have a copy of his testimony on tape.
The night they found my son hanged, the sherrif told me they were just trying to scare him into testifyng against the emploee that robbed the store. The copy of the video did not burn, so they had no evidence the real theif. |
