| 51 | Craig Blois | Although I live in Nova scotia I am outraged that the Saskatchewan NDP Government is backing the appeal of this prosecutor.
Craig Blois
Vice President
Truro- Bible Hill- Millbrook NDP (Provincial) Riding |
| 52 | Clarence Wolfe | This injustice has been allowed to continue far too long. I demand that the Government settle it once and for all and end the suffering. |
| 53 | Kirsten Larson | Let the truth be known and allow the victims to move on! |
| 54 | Camille Ewert | I live very close to where your children are standing in 30C temps trying to get what rightfully belongs to you from the NDP. You must be so proud of them Richard! Obviously they have learned from you and your wife what true strength of character is. Too bad our political 'leaders' don't posses the same qualities |
| 55 | Mike DeRaaf | That this entire abuse of justice has gone on as long as it has is an affront to the citizenry of Canada. |
| 56 | Anthony Onodi | I have just finished watching the Fifth Estate documentary on the Klassen's case and I feel that they deserve every bit of what they are going for but feel that its still not enough, The Government of Saskatchewan and Canada all need to publicly broadcast an appology to the klassen's and family for the massive defamation of charactor, I fully support the Klassens and make appeal to our vast communities to join in and ask our Canadian Government to smarten up and bring in honest policing to our communities, WHERES THE TRUST Mr. Premier Lorne Calvert and Mr. Prime Minister Stephen Harper, I include the Prime Minister in this comment as well because he is responsable for all our premiers who govern our Canadian provinces... I have one comment to follow the words of our Saskatchewan Premier Lorne Calvert Quote from his web site: "My government is committed to making life better for Saskatchewan families today, and to building an even brighter future for our young people tomorrow.
It is important that we continue to let it be known that Saskatchewan is a great place to live, work and raise a family. We are home to a diverse, robust and growing economy that offers plentiful opportunities to people right here at home, and to those from around the world. Our time is now.
In Saskatchewan you'll find down to earth people, and a future where the sky is the limit.
Our doors are open!"

Time to step up to the plate Mr. Premier Lorne Calvert and Make right once and for all, Clear the Klassens Make good and give them back there lives!! If this were me? Theres no money that could correct what this government has already done but its a start. The Klassen's deserve more than 10 million dollars, They deserve at least 5 times that for what our justice system has done to ruine their charactor across our country... THERES NO ECUSE FOR THAT!!

| 59 | Michell Ross | Give the Klassens what they deserve. I am one if the Ross girls that was also involved in the case. My name is Michell Ross and my sister's name is Kathy Ross. We were raped, and sodomized for 43 months and the goverment needs to step up and own up to all the wrongdoings they did to Richard Klassen and his family. GIVE THEM WHAT U OWE THEM SO THEY CAN MOVE ON WITH THIER LIVES!!!!!!!!!! OWN UP TO WHAT U DID TO THEM!!! |
| 60 | Kevin Ausman | I can't believe that the Government instead of stepping up and clearing this crime against the people has spent so much effort tiring to cover it up. SHAME SHAME SHAME it makes us all wonder just how corrupt our courts are here in Canada.
Well we all know that they are very corrupt and need to be shut down before the people all stop believing in any justice being done here in Canada. |
| 61 | Anonymous | it is so stupid for the ndp to continue to help the
ignorant prosecutor which should be out on the street not getting ready to false charge an other
innocent person, like the klassens.. so i hope this does never happen again.. |

| 63 | Michael London Ross | well well well, looks like the government is upto the same old same old, scamming the people, like what is up with that...they have paid out the ross twins, what about the klassens....rick...keep up the good work and may God be with you...as you will find the strength, courage and the faith in Him...ask Him and He will give......and yes this is the real MICHAEL LONDON ROSS. |
| 64 | Jack Harper | If you need assistance in correcting this problem call me at 306 880-3263 |
| 65 | Elaine Brown | |
| 66 | keith Hemingson | shame |
| 67 | reg dahl | I believe that a class action against misconduct by bureaucratic terrorists should be a priority.
If anyone believes that fighting against maliscious prosecutors isn't like terror- better think twice. Been there - done that.
Just make it more political and get the political advocates to get more press.
Fighting for the oppressed is good press! |
| 68 | Zalman Kazor | Dear Mr Justice Minister, Please do not prosecute the justice. |
| 69 | Mel Martin | I live in Montreal, so not directly affected... but I am offended nonetheless as I take an active interest in affairs in all of Canada. This type of injustice eats at the very core values that make Canada great country. The Government fails in its responsibility when it takes such abuse of power lightly. |
| 70 | Carrie Ellingson | This is shocking and more people should know about it!!! If this is our 'justice' system, I am appalled and ashamed by it. Please know that this system is in need of a serious overhaul, and more people are going to become aware of this fact in the near future. |

| 76 | David Raymond | I know for a fact I can help. All you have to do is just mention my name to your Justice Minister Frank Quennell in a public forum and ask him about the material I sent to him well over two years ago. My cell # is 506 434 1379 google it. I will email anyone the proof of what i say is true. |
| 77 | David Crowe | False convictions are a huge problem with our justice system, that more often seems intent on covering them up in order to maintain an unblemished facade of perfection. |
| 78 | Lance Kerslake | |
| 79 | Anonymous | I hope the new Gov't t we now have will revisit this appeal and withdraw it as it should be |
| 80 | Aaron Mckillop | This country is allegidly free......why can you people let crooks send 16 innocent people to incarceration , my thoughts are he should spend a few weeks in the place to see how it feels |
| 81 | Michell Ross | I think you should give the Klassen family what they are rightfully entitled too as they have endured years of hell from the gioverment and they also helped me and my sister get what we deserved too its time you people (the goverment and so forth) owned up to what u did!!! |

| 83 | Rebecca Kazor (Rainey) | Come on you Justice System, these guys have suffered enough! Look at the evidence and stop these criminals from pursuing their game. |
| 84 | Allan Patterson | the government is afraid that since this incompetent may be found liable the next incompetent will be afraid to act. |
| 85 | Donna Jones | |
| 86 | Judy Phillips | This is absurd, the fact that Miazga is allowed to continue practicing is bad enough but worse yet is the fact that as a taxpayer I have to pay for yet another appeal. He has been found guilty not once but three times already. If Mr. Miazga would like to continue this on his own time and money let him do it. To continue to hold the Klassen families up in court is in itself a crime and should be stopped, close the matter and allow them to get on with their lives. |

| 89 | charles hiebert | need richard to cantact me. miaza (prosecutor) persecuted me, an ordained minister, in court for 2.5 years until i had a nervous breakdown. need your help. thanks, charles. waldheim. |
| 90 | John Burns | Justice should be served. The victims should be compensated for being severely persecuted. |
| 91 | Anonymous | |
| 92 | Kris Helgesen | It has been a long time practice for crown attorneys and police to cover each other's mistakes. IT MUST END NOW and they MUST be made to pay for their mistakes like anyone else. They should never be allowed to hide behind a cloak of immunity. Never. |
| 93 | Anonymous | I am not from your county, but I do understand the cruel and malice that goes on in the criminal justice
system. I am from Wharton, Tx (Wharton County) and I am fighting this injustice that has been going here for years. So keep me in your prayers... |
| 94 | Melissa Alfaro | Let the truth be told |
| 95 | Lawrence A. Oshanek | Accountability. A nice word which generaly does not apply to government appointees. Pity! As a
matter of fact, Goddamn Pity!

| 98 | Jesse Gillis | I'll be glad when my tax money doesnt go to paying for this guy to get away with "malicious reputation murder" and when the Klassen's and company are repaid their restitution! |
