| 3 | Abdulahi Mahamad | It is revolting to say the least that, the NDP Government of Saskatchewan wants to continue the victimazations of these innocent citizens. I am almost certain, this prosecutor would not have been able to continue this abuse of process without funds from taxpayers. Enough is enough. |
| 4 | Fred Geworsky | It is high time that this terrible injustice be put to rest. The Saskatchewan Gov't . Needs to apologize to the original defendants and pay satisfactory compensation and move on with their duties and oblgations to the citzens who elected them |
| 5 | Nanette Moffatt | I am outragged that the government stands but someone who has broken a criminal code law 465.1B and will spend my tax money to defend Miazga. Does anyone see anything wrong here? If Miazga wants to go to the Supreme Court let him go but not on my tax dollar . Klassen should be given the money owed him and let him try to put his life back together, but no, he has to wait until Miazga decides what if anything he is going to do. Anyone see anything wrong with this? Why do only some have to live by the law? How dare the government stand by a criminal? |
| 6 | Cindy Talock | What a waste of taxpayers' money. Just as they did in my case by prosecution continually appealing
after two judges acquitted me. That must have cost hundreds of thousands as well. |

| 15 | chad jones | the government in sask is a joke, there isn't much here for people to stay if the ndp stay in power, they have costed this province too much money already and have nothing to show for it. |
| 16 | Robert Stewart | Please correct me if I'm wrong
but I can't remember hearing of
"one” prosecutor ever being held responsible
for there "malicious" actions.
In fact again correct me if I’m wrong
They all have been rewarded.
‘Hurricane’ Carter quit AIDWYC because
they said “NOTHING” over Guy Paul Morin’s
prosecutor becoming a judge.
kangaroojustice.com is proud to support you
in correcting this trend in the Canadian
"Just Us" System. Just us lawyers and police.
Are the press supporting you this?
Robert Stewart (17 years wrongfully convicted) |
| 17 | Mark DeMarco | I have spoken with a number of wrongfully convicted citizens, and others abused by varied crown law officials and police agencies.
The obvious tyranny and oppression will continue, become more extreme, given the financial with out restriction collective benefits.
“Demanded must be a level of public accountability strong enough to penetrate the obvious culture of self-protection.”

THE PEOPLE DO |
| 20 | Anonymous | Frank Quennell must have studied whatever information he has on this matter inside a closet without any lighting because he certainly does not see the 'light'. He is indirectly saying he doesn't believe the judge. The children involved have already admitted they lied to the authorities. Wake up and smell the coffee Frank. I wonder how many other lives Frank has assisted in ruining? |
| 21 | Mario deSantis | A reminder that "nobody must be above the law" including prosecutors and cabinet ministers and the Justice Minister as well. |
| 22 | Dave Burns | |
| 23 | Lee Ewert | It's a sad commentary on the lack of justice in Saskatchewan when the inability of a few people in power to admit their mistakes becomes an internationally known source of shame for an entire province. The fact that Saskatchewan taxpayers are funding this egomania is both insulting and obscene; if the individuals involved were forced to use their own funds to defend themselves (as the Klassens were), there is little doubt that this case would have been wound up years (and millions of dollars) ago. |
| 24 | betti gillies | My brother was 1 of 4 men that spent 17 years in jail
for ottawa proecutor new they did not dio it t.hey spent 35 milllion trying to prove it they were wrong.
They need to put these prosectors behind bars |
| 25 | Robert Geworsky | What had this justice system of the century come to! Simply appalling! |
| 26 | Wayne Tkatchuk | the people who caused all this trouble and prosecuted the Klassen's should be jailed themselves.
The Klassens should get 10 times what they were promised in damages because no body can see the HELL they went through unless you go through it yourself.
Pay they the money owed and let them get on with there lives. |

| 32 | Lorraine Holowachuk | For the NDP Government to even consider appeal-
ing this decision to a higher court is ludicrous. End
it now and settle this matter for the Klassen family
who were treated so badly once and for all. |
| 33 | Linda Fischer | When will the persecution stop. The justice system is in complete disarray and needs a complete overhaul. People should not have to wait decades to have their names cleared and to receive their much deserved compensation. |
| 34 | Cathy Harron | This has to stop. Good, innocent people's lifes are being ruined & the government when it is proved that their employees are nasty & vindictive & wrong in their prosecutions. Stop wasting the tax payers money in the court system & do the right thing, get rid of this prosecutor! |

| 36 | Marie Karner | Dear Minister Quennell: Your decision to continue to back Mr. Miazga is wrong. Are you suggesting that the three judges who ruled that 16 individuals were maliciously prosecuted made incorrect decisions? What about the compensation paid out to these same people who the judges ruled were maliciously prosecuted? Are you suggesting the NDP Saskatchewan government made this payment in error? You are the Minister of Justice, Mr. Quennell. Saskatchewan people expect and deserve to know why it is that you continue to back Mr. Miazga. The writing is on the wall: the NDP are not going to be re-elected for another term. Alot of the public's discontent has to do with blatantly flawed decisions such as this latest one to continue to back Mr. Miazga. Saskatchewan people are losing faith and trust in the Calvert government. May I suggest that you re-think your position, and publicly apologize to the 16 individuals who continue to be maliciously prosecuted through actions such as those most recently taken by you. Shame on you, Mr. Minister! |
