| 201 | Retsu-ipetitions Takahashi | In the 5+ years that our family has lived in the 11218 neighborhood, we have only had several occasions to go to Kensington Station. Based on those experiences, we've done out best to avoid our local post office, and instead go out of our way to make use of a neighboring zip code's office. We look forward to the day when our local post office station operates in a way in which we are made to feel like the customers' needs are valuable. |

| 205 | Robert Thompson | This office is worse than a dysfunctional high school. I do like our letter carrier and regular delivery guy, but the place needs to be swept out and restaffed. |

| 207 | Barnet Lehrer | This post office has a habit of only have at most 1 or 2 clerks working at its most busy times. For people such as myself who work at home, the 1-2 hours spent waiting to pick up a letter or package can be devastating to our livelihood. This must be addressed by our political representatives. |
| 208 | kristy Levi | I have waited in line at this branch for up to 1 hour and 10 minutes. I have seen the line snake back and forth through the lobby. Please help. |
| 209 | Gilly Nadel | I have stood in line for as much as an hour because there was only one window open. |
| 210 | Grey Morris | The Kensington Post Office is the WORST I have ever used. It has been TERRIBLE for years. I tell people to mail to my work office or use alternate delivery methods just to avoid using the P.O.
The employees are rude and clueless, the location crowded and ill-organized. Please help. |

| 212 | Matthew Donoher | Waiting on line at this Post Office is always a horrible experience. I dread it when ever I receive a pink parcel pick up notice, this means an easy 1-2 hour wait. The machines for stamps are always empty & courtesy is an unknown. |

| 214 | Karen Chikofsky | There is the additional issue of receiving mail at my home that is supposed to be delivered to other addresses. |

| 219 | Robert Waugh | I have been verbally abused many times at the post office, most recently because I asked for a pen. The worst was the abuse when asking for a flat rate box, which they insisted didn't exist. Please save us from these employees, they are cruel. |
| 220 | Thomas Carpenter | The Kensington Brooklyn Post Office has rapidly garnered a reputation for being among the very worst Postal facilities in the United States. I only wish that this were hyperbole. But it truly is among the worst. |
| 221 | Howard Davis | |
| 222 | Ken Moss | This community is rapidly growing and the 11218 Post Office's service is already grossly inadequate. I choose UPS or FedEx whenever I can because I know 11218 will not actually make an effort to deliver a package. |
| 223 | Anonymous | 11218 is in desperate need of an additional post office!
Thanks! |

| 227 | Sharon Goldman | It is time to stop glossing over this issue...the Kensington Post Office is truly the worst, and the manager runs the place like he is the king of the castle. Let's get this done! |
| 228 | Christopher Townsend | First, I agree with the general complaints about extremely poor service from that post office. I regret that I rely on it.
Second, some pure stupidity appears to lie behind some general behavior:
1) non delivery orange postcards when NO delivery attempt was made or perhaps possible given the cart size
2) favoring passport applicants over package and mailing customers
3) out of 5 windows, 2 are generally open
The orange delivery cards are generalized dishonesty. I have NEVER had a redelivery attempt, and the working schedule of most New Yorkers prohibits any sort of recourse, in my opinion. In fact, I cannot even send mail from my residence, though if that is due to some technical reason or general reluctance on the carrier I do not know.
I do not expect perfect servicce, but the degree I recieve is so far below what I have experienced elsewhere that I find it completely unacceptable.
Thank you,
Yours, cpt |

| 230 | linda zises | I think the problem is the lack of proper management of the staff and the insufficient number of persons working at the present location. another location is not going to automatically solve the prolblems that have pledged this neighborhood's post service for over twenty years., |
| 231 | Karen Chikofsky | We definitely need another branch of the post office located in a different area to lighten the load at the McDonald Avenue building. |

| 234 | Sarah Renfro | I have my packages sent to my work address because I have no faith in the 11218 office to not lose or damage everything that is sent there. |
