| 162 | allan Hirsch | IOn Sept 17th at 4PM I entered the kessington branch. I was customer # 21 on a line of 26. garbage was all over the floors, the pail was overflowing and there were two clerk windows open. One clerk was talking to employees and seemingly cared less that we were quietly waiting. I asked a clerk for a supervisor and was questioned why. When I expressed frustration at the line not moving in 10 minutes, I asked for more clerks to open or at least the parcel pick up window, she replied " I will suggest that. A third clerk opened up and her first customer had 14 boxes to mail . 55 minutes later I was able to pick up my package. Both the service and coindiotions at this brancch are deplrorable. |

| 192 | Hollis Glaser | Having a poorly run post office REALLY is a quality of life issue. It's about a basic task that needs to be done regularly and should flow easily. It also costs more money to get things delivered privately and Brooklyn is expensive enough. Thanks for working on this. |
| 193 | Alisa & Costel Darie | The post office is well-known as a miserable place. It takes forever to do anything there, it is chronically under-staffed and that staff are rude and unhelpful. Furthermore, the local mailmen make a habit of not delivering packages and instead leaving a "sorry you weren't home" note even when people in the area ARE at home, forcing us to pick up packages at the miserable post office. |
| 194 | Heather Cristol | In the past seven years, I have NEVER waited in line for less than 45 minutes. We will do almost anything to avoid having to deal with the poor service and long waits at our post office.
Thanks,
Heather Cristol |
