val hurdman | Please change the Venue for Kenneth Richey in the interests of justice as seen on an international level. We here in the UK are interested in how you initiate a fair trial.

Barry Gordon | I hope Kenny gets the justice he deserves. Come home soon.
Anonymous | I agree that a change of venue is necessary for a fair trial and that the existence of the death penalty is a terrible scourge on civilisation.
Anonymous | He needs a fair re-trial. Venue must be changed in order for that to happen.

Terry Boydon | In order for Kenny to get a fair trial (if thats possible) it should be moved to a neutral venue.

Ron McAndrew | Why does the system fight so hard to prevent legitimate evidence into our court rooms. Let the truth ring loud and clear so that our US Constitution can rejoice once again at being a fair and caing document.
Rebecca James | When many of the citizens eligible for jury duty seem to think innocent until proven guilty is a mere technicality; I wonder how those who are supposedly providing 'justice' can feel Kenny richey will get a fair trail by the jury of his peers and not a flake trail where his conviction and death are a given before the trail is over. I ask you to please consider the reality of this situation, do the fair thing and move the re-trail to somehwere a fair trail can be had instead of this lynching that is in store if it is held in Putnam. Have faith in your legal system and move the trail to a un-biased location. Let justice mean something.

Margaret Connon | Many years ago I read the details of the fire which burned down the house and unfortunately killed the little girl and thought that Kenny Richey was an innocent man. It is disgraceful that he is still not free. He should never have been locked up on death row . Send him back to Scotland, now!
Warren D. Lockaby | A change of venue would appear to be essential in this case. I wasn't aware of the case and don't know if the man is innocent or guilty. However if the prosecution fights a change of venue it can only be because the prosecution is afraid of a fair trial.

| 431 | James Massey | Please stop this terrible mis carriage of justice and let this man go home to Scotland.

Brigitte Belmonte-Jarc | As an Ohioan I feel very ashamed of my state for keeping Kenny on death row for so long and for having even put him there in the first place! I agree that if his case is heard in the same venue as before he won't have a chance. It seems that fairness was never afforded to Kenny before, but it should be given now.
Anonymous | Change the venue, hasn't the man been through enough!

jodi landels | i believe this man is innocent and think it shocking they locked him up on death row all this time. he is paying for a crime he did not do and my heart goes out to him and his family. i pray he gets a fair trial and we see him coming home soon
thomas caldwell |
Sabrina Giammattei |
Gary Hindley | This man deserves a retrial! Look at the facts and the evidence that can clear this mans name!
Mrs Jean Bermingham | Everyone is entitled to a fair and just trial. Isn't everyone innocent until proven guilty? How bad will you Americans feel when because of lack of funds and poor representation innocent people waste years in a gaol or are killed by the state. If this man is proven innocent I pray you have to pay thousands out in compensation not that it will make up for life wasted and damaged by gaol time.
Tracy Boydon | Good Luck with everything Kenny.
