Lemaine PeoFrom my observations over the last four years, Ron Russo pours his heart and soul into the Charter School of Wilmington and his students. To dismiss him at this point could have devastating consequences for CSW. Our own experience with him has been excellent. When my son first applied to CSW, we were very apprehensive about his admission because of his deafness and his need for accommodations. In short, we feared that the school would find some means to exclude him. Nothing could have been further from the truth. Mr. Russo and CSW welcomed him and later his sister into the Charter family, and Mr. Russo met personally with me to discuss how best to meet my son's needs which was his top priority. He has the heart of a true educator, and I and my family support him.
Michael PeoMr. Russo should not be separated from his daily duties but encouraged and supported to continue with them. Mr. Russo’s close daily contact with staff and students has produced exemplary results. My family’s experience with CSW and Ron Russo in particular has been extremely positive. I can’t imagine sending my children to any other high school but CSW under Ron Russo’s leadership.

Dave HewlettKeep Mr. Russo. Why would any board want to change a well oiled machine like CSW? I say get rid of the board!!
Katie HewlettPlease keep Mr. Russo. He is CSW.
Megan PuseckerMr. Russo was an amazing educator. I graduated class of 2005 and my senior year he knew everyone in the class names. He further personally helped me graduate after a traumatic accident senior year that crippled me. He not only visited me, he personally wrote my college recommendation letter. This school was his vision and his baby. He took an experiment many thought would fail and turned it into what many wish to be. His loss would devastate the most important part of a successful stint at Charter; personalized care.
Mengfei YangMr. Russo is the best thing that's happened to Charter and the school system in Delaware. He takes students, teachers, and education so seriously, and works tirelessly to fight for their interests. I hope others can see what a wonderful job he's doing.

Trish MooreI was unable to attend last night's meeting as I am on vacation. I do hope Mr. Russo's employment will continue!
AnonymousWhen we were having family difficulties while our son was at Charter, Mr. Russo gave me his cell phone number, and told me that I could call him anytime. ANYTIME! Has any other principal ever done that? To him, we are more than just students, staff members or parents; we are family. And, as members of the CSW family, we will continue to stand behind him and give him our fullest support.
L ChuIf Mr. Russo leaves Charter, how about we all band together to start the Ron Russo School of Excellence? There will be no shortage of parents, faculty and students who will follow him because we love him and have faith in him, and because he knows how to run a successful school, at the educational-level, the people-level and the business-level. We will gladly pay to enroll at the Ron Russo School of Excellence, because it will be worth the investment in our children's lives.

Steven MartinI have followed Mr. Russo's career for a number of years. He is an edcuational entrepreneur who has had a major force in creating a school in Delaware that rivals the best Cahrter Schools in the Nation and such specialty public schools as Boston Latin. Despite differences, I ask you to find a way to let him continue in the role that has brought so much success to the school.

Cynthia RobbinsThe Charter School of Wilmington and CSW students have thrived under Mr. Russo's leadership. He has cultivated an environment and culture that celebrate learning and achievement. Why punish Mr. Russo for CSW's success?
Teddy Tompkins
Sobha Rani KukkapalliI strongly support to keep Mr. Russo as the president of CSW. The enthusiasm he shows for the school and the students is the greatest I have seen ever in any principal or president. Keep Mr.Russo and let the CSW star rising.
Fred Hartman
Tina WhittingtonMr. Russo has shown nothing but kindness and concern for every single Charter student, and he always does his utmost to ensure that we get the very best. It is all that we can do to show him a fraction of the same kindness and appreciation.
Phillip BurkleyI was a member of the first graduating class (98) from Charter. Even from the first meeting we had, before the school was 100% official Mr. Russo showed his dedication, and desire to see the school succeed. He was a great leader, it would be a shame to see him leave.
Daniella GerardI love Mr. Russo!!! =)
