Now I believe this man,and it should be by law,to be charged with 2 murders,James jr was human too,and the drunk driver caused his death too.I think it is sick this man is not being charged with TWO murders,because he did kill 2 people.He should get the death sentence in my eyes.If it was a judges,president,cop lawer someone like thats daughter and grandbaby you know the man WOULD be charged with TWO murders,and probally would get death sentence.

| 1138 | Amanda Marie Brooksa | me and my 2 year old son. were hit april 23, 2004 by a drunk driver in tulsa, ok. i was almost killed. my son just got bad bruises. the man who hit us head on in the middle of the day. did not have a drivers licence, no insurace nothing no jail time. nothing happened to him. ive had 22 surgerys because of him. i broke my foot , heel, ankle and tib. fib all on my right leg side. it isnt fair. my car and health insurace paid what they could. i had to pay the rest. im bankrupt now. and they tell me i dont walifly for disablity. but i cant stand up for longer then 20 minutes. and i cant walk very fare i only have 15% of my heel left. im walking on bone no cusson. |
