****) has been an active member of an Iranaian opposition organization named ( The Assembly of Restoration of Monarchy in Iran) is been threatened by Canadian immigration for deportation. The Assembly of Restoration of Monarchy in Iran started it’s activities by exposing Islam as the basis of the whole terrorism in Iran and the world. By being a member of this organization or even having any sympathy for this organization the life of the member would be in an immediate danger and by deporting of that member to Iran, he would be put under Islamic law of fighting against prophet and allah which therefore results his execution.
**** was responsible of making Fm radios to broadcast the crimes against huminity which occurred by Iraian government and as a result by deporting him, the immigration of Canada would be responsilble of his torture and execution.
We as a member of human community and many of us as Canadian citizens, US citizens and European citizens detest this inhuman decision by immigration Canada, and should Immigration Canada endangers the life of thjs person by deportation of him and his family which contradicts the very Canadian immigration law to protect the life of political prisoners, and cause his torture and execution, we would follow suit to human rights committee.
We appreciate to reconsider this decision and save the life of a person whose all his life’s intention was to expose crimes against humanity.
