| 317 | patricia | I think that the prison can heavily gaurd the prisoner while escorting him to see his daughter before she passes. They transport prisoners all the time to hospitals for care so why can't they do this. The warden would want to see his child if they were dying now wouldn't they? |

I understand that he has ever offered to do extra time if given the chance to see his daughter. Give him an electronic monitor and a couple of security guards to let him make this happen. His crime was drugs, not murder. |
