What is the matter with the court systems? They let murderersout, why not this man? She just wants to see him for the last time and have her held in his arms for the last time. |
| 455 | Clancy Maihori | On September 3, 2007, our only child, Jennifer, lost her second battle with spinal and brain (ependymoma) cancer, which spanned over a six year period. She was only 20 years old. During the last few months, she was home with us while my wife, Sue, became her primary hospice caregiver. When Jennifer took her last breath, all three of us were alone at home together. Although our lives have changed forever and I know the hurt will never go away, I am so greatful that I was able to be there when she passed. I have been a police officer for 31 years with the Los Angeles Police Dept and my wife is a Nurse Educator with the Los Angeles Fire Dept, so you know where I stand on crime issues. However, this extraordinary circumstance calls for the release of Jason Yaeger on furlough so that he may be with his daughter. Please do the right and humane thing. Thank you. http://jenniferforever.com . |
| 456 | meagan | they both deserve to see each other regardless of what landed him in prison. if her wish is to see him then she shouldnt be punished for his crime. it would be heart breaking to know that your child wanted something like that then was denied. |
| 457 | Dayme Moller | Please let this little girl see her daddy one last time before it's to late. |

| 463 | Sherri Peterson | This precious little girl deserves to have her mommy and daddy there when God calls her home> My heart is so sad that this is what this cruel world has come to...SHAME on our system !!! This little girl could wish for anything and all she wants is her daddy to be there to hold her when she takes her final breaths...I PRAY you let this man be with his little girl.... |
| 464 | Debbie McManus | I know how it feels to lose a child to cancer and I would not wish it on anyone. Please let her father see her one last time. He will miss her for the rest of his life.

| 467 | Anonymous | I'm all for supporting this petition...but I think it would be helpful if we knew why the father was in prison. If he's imprisoned for child molestation, for instance, I wouldn't be supportive of this. |

| 470 | Jason Ingles | What do you expect from our court systems? they are so screwed up it isn't even funny. They say it's always about the child and what's in the best intrest for the child, is it? never seems to be the case. Of course knowing the nature of why this guys in jail in the first place might make a difference, but in general the courts are screwed up. They let child molestors and murderers slip through the system while giving some people harsh punishments for not so serious crimes.I dont understand it or get it. Let this guy see his dying little girl.If our goverment can spend millions and millions of dollars on a useless war I'm sure we can afford to let this guy see his dying daughter for one last time with an accompanied guard. Shame on our court systems! |

| 478 | Joseph Ceschini | Law and government has really spiraled downwards into a terribly dark pit of apathy and callous indifference. Law was supposed to be designed to help humans as well as punish them for wrong-doings. Now, the laws seem to run on their own volition... Without compassion, we are just a machine; A process. Letting this man go to be with his daughter during her final hours isn't exactly going to cause the entire justice system to collapse. They need to show some goddamn sympathy and basic human decency. They need to be human for once. |
